Kimberley Products is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive items that differ from what's stated on your order confirmation, please notify us within 7 days for a full refund.

Should an item arrive damaged, retain all packaging and contents, and we will guide you through the claim process with our carrier.

If you find that the purchased items do not meet your needs, please inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt. Returns and refunds for these cases are subject to Kimberley's discretion and will exclude shipping costs. Items must remain in their original packaging for eligibility. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind decisions.

Refunds for such items will be provided at Kimberley's discretion, exclusive of shipping charges. It's important to note that items taken out of their original packaging are ineligible for refunds. Additionally, Kimberley Products cannot grant refunds for purchases based on a change of preference.
