Illume shops terms and conditions for placing orders on this site are as follows:

  • Once you place your order an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated address.
  • Illume shop will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days following receipt of payment. However at times delays will be present, we try to keep lengthy delays posted on product listings.
  • If your order is expected to take longer than 14 days to dispatch, we will contact you with an expected delivery time. You can also check on our expected delivery times before you order by contacting us via email or phone. Some products on the site include a message to suggest that you check on delivery times before ordering. 
  • Full refunds will be issued for unavailable products.
  • Cash orders can be paid on pick-up only. 
  • Prices and stock availability may vary without notice. We will notify you of any price or stock changes when you place an order.  Refunds will be issued where applicable if you don't wish to proceed.

 

Payment Methods

The checkout section of this shopping cart will ask you to specify how you wish to pay for your order. We accepts payments via the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer(we can email an order with details)

 

International Customers 

We have limited ability to dispatch internationally, however all enquiries can be emailed to sales@kimprod.com.au

 

Refunds and Returns

 

Please choose carefully before purchasing!

Kimberley Products will only issue full refunds if the items you have received are different to those stated on your order confirmation and if you notify us of this error within 7 days of receiving your order. 
If you receive a damaged item please keep everything intact and you will be guided to submit a claim with our carrier. 
If the items you have purchased are unsuitable or inappropriate for the intended purpose, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the order. These items will be refunded at our discretion, minus shipping costs. We are unable to refund items that have been removed from their original packaging. 

 

Any returns may be subject 20% Restocking Fee. No refund will be given on freight

 

 

 

Warranties and Guarantees

illume has carefully selected the products available on this site. Where we have provided advice or product recommendations, this information is true and correct to the best of our knowledge.

illume provide warranties on our own products at our discretion. Contact us to discuss this further if you have concerns. 

All care has been taken when selecting a shipping company for products ordered on this site. Each order is individually tracked and hand delivered to your delivery address by our selected couriers.

You may provide an authority to leave your order if your delivery address is unattended. Any delivery instruction, which you provide during checkout are a guide for the Contracted Courier Company to follow, however it is not a guarantee that these instructions will be followed. It is the driver’s discretion as to whether they deem your delivery instructions safe to comply with. Should you choose to provide instructions including providing authority to leave goods at the destination address without a receiver's signature you agree to do so is at your own risk. illume will not be held liable or responsible for orders that a left unattended or go missing.
